How to embed a link

So I'm writing this great story about mental health in the media and depictions thereof in various sources of media. I have this rad link that I've cited four times, so I probably need to include a link to that site or get accused of plagiarism. "Most people with mental illness are not violent and only 3%-5% of violent acts can be attributed to individuals living with a serious mental illness."

This week's blog post is about who I am and what I want to become...in 200 words. I grew up in Northeast Ohio, a child of divorce. Don't get all weepy, I never knew anything different.
